THATCHING or DE-THATCHING
Heavy dead grasses (thatch) impedes the movement of nutrients and water to the roots of the healthy grass underneath, which in turn deters the emergence and growth of new blades of grass. De-thatching or thatching loosens all this dead grass which is later gathered by a power broom In most cases de-thatching need not be a regular service. It only need to be done when build up is excessive. When we aerate we will determine whether it is needed or not.
